Motion Studio

Animators can map their existing characters to a Xarkin model in order to compose motion sequences by combining the poses, gaits, turns, jumps and transitions that make up the motion repertoire.

Through parametric modification, motion can be highly customized to meet specific creative requirements.

Motion Factory

Physics-based 3D character motion requires the segment and mass profiles for each specific character.

Motion Factory can automatically apply segment and mass profiles to an existing native motion repertoire to create a mapped motion repertoire that provides the physics-based accuracy for the specific character.

Native Motion Libraries

Xarkin develops motion models that reflect the physics-based possibilities of any articulated assembly or armature.

A native motion library contains poses, gaits, turns, jumps and transitions for a specific topology such as humanoid. These motions can be broadly applied to any character with the same basic topology.

Mapped Motion Libraries

Physics-based accuracy requires the use of segment and mass profiles. For any character, the native motions can be transformed into a mapped motion library for the specific character.
